About this event
Under state law, local governments can “piggyback” on another public agency’s active contract, such as purchases of products or services, to save time and obtain better prices than they might be able to do when following their own agency’s competitive process. This session will cover the ABCs to consider when deciding whether piggybacking is the proper alternative to use instead of your agency’s competitive procurement process.
